No, this is Poland - fake palm on De Gaulle traffic circle in Warsaw. Palm was built by american company in 2002. Construction is water proof, 15 meters high and was a little controversial investment. Some of Warsaw citizens believe that it cost too much.

It's an art project financed by city.
Police cars like to park under that palm. We call them Miami Vice.
